FIRST GENERATION

1. Richard TARLETON was born about 1640 in London, England.⁽¹⁾ He died on 18 Mar 1706 in Kittery, ,New Hampshire.

He was married to Ruth STILLMAN in 1692 in New Castle, Rockingham, New Hampshire.^{(2) (3)} This is a second marriage. He was married to Edeth Lockson in England on May 22, 1666, and had a daughter that he left in England when he came to America in 1685 to1690. Richard TARLETON and Ruth STILLMAN had the following children:
